Geeksphone begins selling two phones, the Keon and Peak, starting Tuesday. These lower-budget models are geared for programmers building Web apps for Mozilla’s open-source OS.

Though modern devices have been blurring the line between their main functionality for a while now, the general rule is that a dedicated device performs its one function much better than a device that performs multiple functions.
